Pea and ham soup

Traditional old-fashioned pea and ham soup. A soup that recalls the childhood of many Quebecers. (1L)

Yellow peas, ham, carrot, celery, salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

Microwave: Defrost the soup by placing it in the refrigerator for a day. Place a portion in a microwave-safe bowl and reheat for 2 minutes.

Never use a toaster oven
Do not heat the tray in the oven
